here's a brief run down of what we covered:

*theme: "praxis". -the Practical application or exercise of a branch of learning. basically, putting into action what you have come to learn

*stating out intention: our intention is to create a space for.....? personal exploration, growth, community connection, embodiment of.....? we're still feling this one out. feel free to add your thoughts.

*our goals:
- to foster artisitc collaboration
- to encourage original art
- to promote the vast artisitc talent that lies within the underground sf scene
- to insert more overtly political messages concerning the state of our world/society
- what else...?

*the place is 1015 folsom, where we are completely in with the management. in the absence of red bull funding, 1015 is helping out loads but we'll still need to find sponsorship of some sort.
